About the QR Code Inspector
A QR code is just a container — scanning one with your phone's camera usually opens whatever it points to immediately, with little chance to check it first. This tool decodes the code and shows you exactly what's inside — a link, Wi-Fi credentials, a contact card, a payment request — before you act on it anywhere else.
Decoding runs entirely in your browser using a local QR-reading library. The image is read into memory, scanned for a QR pattern, and discarded when you leave or reset the page — it's never uploaded, saved, or sent anywhere.
